First Pictures from the 2010 Walk

Our first pictures from the Walk For Life 2010:

Before the rally, a lovely picture of the Reverend Clenard and Mrs. Regina Childress:

Our good Bishops in a moment of prayer. Left to right: Archbishop George Niederauer of San Francisco (seated), Bishop Daniel Walsh of Santa Rosa (in cap), Bishop Salvatore Cordileone of Oakland, and Bishop Rutilio del Riego of San Bernardino. Other Catholic bishops were also in attendance.

Mr. Paul Genoux-Defermont, one of the organizers of the Paris
Marche Pour Le Respect de La Vie spoke.

At the Marche, Paris and San Francisco became pro-life "sister cities." Here's the banner created for that occasion:

The San Francisco Chronicle reports the Walk for Life stretched all the way from the Ferry building to Fisherman's Wharf.

  1. The crowd was awesome, well-behaved and strong with their message. End abortion now.

  2. Wow!!! My family and I are so glad that we got to go to the WALK FOR LIFE again this year. Its amazing to see thousands of people together for that same cause, to let San Francisco, the state of California and the whole WORLD that abortion hurts.

  3. The estimate attendance by security - 42-45,000.
The rain cannot dampen our spirit - The Holy Spirit who was with us on Jan 23 and continues to be our Life Force!Praise God Almighty!
